Our Inclusive Regulation Services

We handle the following regulatory work for our partners and customers;

• We handle the OPSS notifications on your behalf, and we have a sister company in Germany, which becomes the "responsible person" for the CPNP (Cosmetic Product Notification Portal). That's why we notify your products to CPNP quickly, and also that's why we're very easy to reach if your target market is in European Union. This notification system implements Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 on cosmetic products. When we notify your products to the CPNP system, there is no action needed to sell your products in the European Union countries.

• We share the PIF files with you in case they're required by the authorities.
